• Physically (by submitting a letter to the Bank), at the Bank's office;

If you are aware of or have reasonable suspicion regarding any possible violations such as:

• Violation of legislative requirements;

• Information about offenses, including corruption, fraud, theft, document forgery;

• Breach of confidentiality;

• Disregard of conflicts of interest;

• Information about discrimination and unfair treatment;

• Improper/abusive use of position by an employee;

• Creation of danger to life and health;

• Dishonest use of insider or confidential information;

• Violation of ethical principles;

• Human rights violations;

• Environmental damage;

• Deliberate concealment and attempts to suppress information about any of the above-mentioned facts, or any inappropriate action that may jeopardize the Bank's interests and create reputational or financial risk and/or complicate the full performance of work assigned to a Bank employee

And you wish to report the violator but prefer to remain anonymous, please utilize the available channels for anonymous reporting.

The fact of violation or suspicion about its possible commission must be based on reasonable circumstances.
